 # 消したいなら
 # update-rc.d -f ircd-hybrid remove
 vi /etc/ircd-hybrid/ircd.conf
 > listen sectionのhostを書き換える
 /etc/init.d/ircd-hybrid restart
 lsof -l | grep irc | grep LISTEN
 > IRCが見える
